The private Bacalar Lagoon tour starts from $4,500 MXN per boat for up to 6 people, plus $350 MXN per additional person. Maximum capacity for Los Rapidos and private tours is 16 passengers per boat.

The shared tour leaves Thursday through Tuesday at 10:00 am, 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm from Casa Lua by Ambar in Bacalar. We normally do not operate on Wednesdays. Ask on WhatsApp about exceptional availability during Mexican school holidays, meeting instructions and how early to arrive. For other services, confirm the departure point when booking.
What should I bring on a Bacalar boat tour?
Bring swimwear, a towel, lightweight clothing, a hat, sunglasses and protection for your belongings. Prioritize clothing for sun protection and check the applicable site rules. A biodegradable label does not establish that a product is harmless to the lagoon.

Photography, decorations, music, food and drinks are not included unless expressly confirmed.

A refund applies if the shared tour is cancelled due to bad weather. Ask about date changes, other cancellation reasons and the terms for other services before paying.
